So much stress and worry comes from our thought patterns that we create in our minds.
I am just as guilty as you are!! As a wife, mom of 3, health coach and business mentor to my Inspire Health Team Coaches, mental organization is key to my sanity and productivity.
I have been following these steps to stay focused and have more clarity and decided I would share them with you too! Do this first thing in the morning before you start your day. That may mean you need to get up a few minutes earlier, but I guarantee it will help you be more productive!
- Start your day with a BOOST!
Prayer and Journaling are my habits in the morning. But make sure you fill your mind with positive thoughts.
- Write down your top 5 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS in order of priority.
I like to do this for my family list and my business. Then, I combine the most important ones together.
5 MAX…too many and you will not be able to accomplish them.
- Make a list of 3 things for which you are GRATEFUL!
- Make a list of 3 things you LOVE about YOURSELF!
- Make sure you have 1 EXTRA activity for you: Exercise, Personal Development, Reading a Book, Lunch with a Friend.
These simple activities will help you clear your mind, stay focused and also have some balance in your life!
